Start with chaat — pani puri or papdi chaat — then chicken tikka or Amritsari fish from the clay tandoor. For curries, our Masti Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala are the dishes guests come back for. Finish with gulab jamun or a mango lassi.
