Meet the Chef — Manpreet Sekhon
Chef Manpreet trained in five-star hotel kitchens in Punjab, opened Eastern Spice in Geelong, then brought Masti to Brunswick Street. She is a Global Cooksafe Coalition chef ambassador — the Coalition calls Masti “a Fitzroy institution”. Her Eastern Spice in Geelong won AGFG Readers' Choice (Indian) in 2016 and 2024 and was an R&CA Awards for Excellence Victoria finalist in 2018.
